Hana and Irtaza are the epitome of a humble and gracious couple. We had met them at Irtaza’s sister, Tehreem’s wedding, that we photographed 6 months prior. When we met again in February, there was an instant connection. We love traveling for couples that are authentic like these two. My team and I felt honored to be their Pittsburgh wedding photographers.
Irtaza and Hana chose a pink floral theme for their event. Flower garlands of peonies, roses and mums draped the gold and pink stage curtains. The wrapped monogrammed dance floor was a great touch too! Although it was February, it was full on spring in their reception room! I loved that Irtaza wore a navy blue suit to contrast with the intricate pink bridal lehenga Hana wore. And let’s just say I couldn’t get enough of the beautiful silver jewelry Hana had on. I took so many detail shots of it!
After all the guests arrived, the families walked in and Hana and Irtaza were the last to enter. They made their entrance with an epic smoke floor and cold spark fireworks! Cold spark fireworks are great to add for your wedding entrance because the sparks do not cause a fire. The smoke floor was created using dry ice which is also very safe to use for an event.
The family speeches were so heart felt and they had all of us choked up. My favorite part was when Irtaza made a speech and spoke about Hana. It was honestly such a beautiful thing to witness. I hope that these two continue to respect each other throughout their journey together and that their love only grows stronger.
Without further ado, here are a few highlights of this gorgeous celebration that we took as experienced Pittsburgh wedding photographers!
